Where are you based?
Adorned by Co is based at 62 Kenyon Street, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. You can visit our showroom by appointment, choose click-and-collect, or have your order delivered anywhere in Ireland.
How do I rent a dress?
Browse our collection online and choose from a range of beautiful designer dresses.
Once you've found the one, DM us on Instagram to book. We'll confirm sizing, send more photos, and answer any questions.
Your dress will be posted in time for your event or can be collected. Returns are due the next working day, using the prepaid barcode we'll provide.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is made. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
Do you offer try-on appointments?
Yes, you can book a private try-on session in Nenagh:
A €15 appointment fee applies, which is redeemable against your hire. This fee is refundable only if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. To protect the condition of our dresses, we kindly ask that you do not wear makeup or fake tan during fittings. Please note, dresses cannot be reserved until full payment has been made.
How long is a rental period?
Our standard rental period is four (4) days:
Day 1 is your dispatch or collection day.
Day 2 is when you wear the dress for your event.
Day 3 is when you return it via post or drop it back to us.
Day 4 is the latest acceptable return date, unless you’ve arranged an extension.
If you need longer, please contact us in advance—extension fees may apply.
What's included in the price?
Standard hire covers dry-cleaning, postage (delivery and return), and optional collection from Nenagh.
Additional fees may apply for express postage or extended rentals.
Can I cancel my booking?
A 72-hour (3-day) cancellation window applies after payment, for a full refund if the dress hasn’t been shipped or collected.
After 72 hours, cancellations are refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months and usable once.
No refund or credit applies for cancellations within 72 hours of the event date.
What if the dress doesn’t suit or fit?
Return it within 24 hours of receipt via prepaid postage, unworn and with tags attached.
You’ll receive a store credit (less postage costs), valid for 6 months.
Alternatively, you can swap for a different size or style (subject to availability).
What if my dress arrives late?
We dispatch 4+ days before your event via next-day post.
While we do our best, Adorn Dress Hire is not responsible for delivery delays by postal services.
If your dress arrives too late to wear, return it immediately for store credit minus postage.
What happens if I return late?
Late returns without prior agreement will incur a €20/day late fee. Failure to return may result in full replacement charges up to the retail price of the dress.
Do I need to clean the dress?
No—dry-cleaning is included. Please return the dress unwashed. Any attempts to clean or repair the item yourself may result in extra charges.
What if I damage or lose the dress?
Minor wear is expected, but damage beyond repair or significant stains may incur extra charges.
Lost or severely damaged dresses will be charged at full replacement value (RRP).
You accept full responsibility for the item from delivery/collection to safe return.
Payment and Responsibility
Payment is required upfront to secure bookings.
Once paid, you agree to our full Terms of Service, including responsibility for timely returns, care of garments, and applicable fees.
